ECB Support Coach Course
New entry level coaching course for anyone over the age of 16, 2 dates available to book online for those that are interested
Suffolk Cricket are delighted to announce the launch of the new ECB Support Coach Course.
This course will replace the Coach Support Worker and is an entry level course for those 16 and over. The course will combine eLearning and a practical module as detailed below.
This programme has been designed to give learners the knowledge, skills and confidence to support qualified coaches and enhance player experience. An ECB Support Coach is not qualified to lead coaching sessions independently and therefore must be supervised by a qualified cricket coach.
The programme consists of three modules in total. Two e-learning modules are integrated with one face-to-face module.
Module 1 – Introducing ECB Support Coach
Module 2 – Supporting coaching (Face to Face)
Module 3 – Being an ECB Support Coach
As part of the launch from the ECB, places on this course will be FREE for the time being. We do have a maximum number of course places and once the course is full we can not accept any more participants until we arrange another date. We have 2 dates available for those who wish to get involved. Please see details below.
