The Scooby Doos continue to develop under the leadership of Adam Miles.

The ever dependable , Justin Toombs and Taylor Locke reached 34 before Taylor was bowled , Gary wiles was bowled first ball and at 34 for 2 we looked a little shakey.

Jamie Colcomb and Justin took the score to 70 when Jamie was bowled for 22 , Justin soon followed, caught for 32.

Tim Rix steadied the ship as other wickets fell cheaply.

Young Farran Kirkham carried his bat for 17 as did Tim Rix , 3 short of 50 to finish on 149 for 7 off 45 overs.

In reply the Clark brothers ( Oliver & Matthew) opened the bowling , Oliver getting Howard caught behind and Matthew bowling John.

No Stowupland batter really troubled the scorers with their side being bowled out for only 99 in 40 overs.

Skipper Miles taking 3 for 19 off 7 , Matthew Clark 2 for 35 , Tim Rix 2 for 12 and Toby Toombs 2 for 13 to take the maximum 20 points.
